Stationery

Stationery has always held a special place in my heart. As a little girl, it was the excitement of fresh exercise books and a new pencil case at the start of each school year. Later came diaries and journals waiting to be filled with dreams and plans. These days, it is beautiful cards and notecards, carefully chosen and kept ready for just the right moment.

I truly hope the art of letter writing never disappears. There is something so thoughtful about putting pen to paper, choosing your words with care and sending a little piece of yourself through the post. A handwritten note has the power to make someone feel remembered, celebrated and loved in a way that an email or text message never quite can.

It is one of life's simplest gestures, yet often one of the most meaningful.
