Refund policy

At Slow Squirrel, we truly hope you will be delighted with your order. Each piece is carefully chosen and lovingly packed to arrive with you in perfect condition.

If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging.

Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or has arrived damaged.

If your order arrives damaged, please do get in touch within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of both the item and the packaging, so we can resolve things quickly for you.

Once your return has been received and checked, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow a few working days for this to appear, depending on your bank.

Certain items may be excluded from returns for hygiene reasons, such as bath and body products, unless they are faulty.
