Shipping policy
At Slow Squirrel, everything is handled with care from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives with you. We take great care in how each parcel is prepared, ensuring it feels just as lovely to receive as it does to choose on the site.
Orders are usually dispatched on the next working day. During particularly busy periods or around fairs, there may occasionally be a slight delay, but we will always do our very best to keep things moving promptly.
Each order is carefully wrapped with attention to detail, so it arrives looking as beautiful as you would hope, with real care given to the experience of receiving it.
If you are sending a present directly, please do let me know at the time of ordering. I would be very happy to include a handwritten note or card on your behalf, and can ensure no pricing information is included.
All parcels are sent using tracked services with Royal Mail or another courier company where appropriate. We typically use Tracked 24 or Tracked 48, depending on the order.
If you need your order more urgently, next day delivery may be possible. As this can depend on the item and timing of your order, it is always best to get in touch before placing your order so we can arrange the most suitable option for you.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details so you can follow its journey.
Please do get in touch within 5 days of your expected delivery date if your order has not arrived. Whilst all parcels are sent using tracked services, delays and losses can occasionally happen. Letting us know promptly allows us to raise this in good time and resolve things for you as smoothly as possible.
Please do ensure that your delivery details are correct at the time of ordering, as we are unable to take responsibility for delays or losses caused by incorrect information.
