This small-batch, unfiltered extra virgin olive oil is produced in Greece, just as it has been for generations—fresh from the press with no additional processing. Made from 100% Koroneiki olives, it is cold-pressed the same day it is picked, ensuring exceptional purity and quality.

With an impressively low acidity of 0.2-0.3%, this Greek olive oil remains completely unblended, unlike many supermarket varieties. It retains natural olive sediment, giving it a rich green hue, thick texture, and bold, grassy flavour—just as the ancient Greeks once enjoyed.
