Felt Hedgehog with Acorn Decoration

With his wonderfully cheerful smile, soft felt spines and a tiny acorn held proudly in his paws, this charming little hedgehog is ready to scurry straight onto your Christmas tree. Finished with a cosy wool hat and red and white striped hanging thread, he brings a lovely touch of woodland mischief to your festive decorations.

He looks particularly gorgeous nestled amongst the other felt animals in the collection, although his smile is more than enough to steal the show all by itself.

Each hedgehog is lovingly needle felted in Kathmandu using beautiful New Zealand wool. Many of the talented women who make these decorations are able to work from home, giving them the flexibility to earn a reliable income while caring for their families.

The makers are part of a World Fair Trade Organisation supplier committed to empowering women, supporting local communities and helping traditional craft skills continue to thrive.
