Marcona almonds are often called the Queen of almonds and, once tasted, it is very easy to understand why. Sweeter, plumper and more buttery than the usual almond, they have a wonderfully delicate crunch and an almost creamy richness.
These are kiln roasted in Dorset and tumbled simply with sea salt, allowing the almonds themselves to truly shine. Elegant in their simplicity, they are the sort of thing that instantly makes drinks and nibbles feel rather special.
Perfect served alongside something cold and crisp, scattered over a grazing board or simply placed in a little bowl for effortless nibbling. A proper gourmand’s choice and a long standing Squirrel favourite.
