This fire roasted fudge is a joyful mix of raspberry, toasted coconut, roasted almonds and crisp flakes of toasted cornā¦ all folded into a rich, creamy base thatās quietly addictive.
Made in Dorset in small batches, slowly stirred in copper pans over an open flame with British sugar, Wessex butter and Dorset clotted creamā¦ itās proper craft, done beautifully.
The sort of treat to bring out with coffeeā¦ or keep tucked away for when you need something rather good.
