Strawberry Pavlova Flavour Fire Roasted Artisan Fudge

A little something rather irresistible 🐿️

This strawberry pavlova fudge is every bit as indulgent as it sounds… rich, creamy and gently fruity, with soft pieces of meringue folded through for that melt in the mouth sweetness.

Made in Dorset in small batches, slowly stirred in copper pans over an open flame using Wessex butter, British sugar and Dorset clotted cream… it’s proper, old fashioned craft at its best.

The sort of treat to have tucked away for guests… or quietly kept for yourself with a cup of tea.
